COMMUNE - CONNECT - CREATE

Deep Dance is a 3 hour conscious movement experience that connects you to your deeper more authentic self, creates permission to express yourself in new ways and brings you into community and connection with like minded people.

You’ll begin with an opening circle and intention setting followed by a wave of conscious dance with your DJ and live instrumentals, and you’ll ending with a closing and sharing circle.

Heart-centred DJ, composer and multi-instrumentalist Gary Albert will facilitate the first 20 minutes of the movement to get you into your body and connected to the practice - the rest of the dance is freeform for you to express yourself.

Deep Dance can open wisdom, insight and clarity around life challenges. It can also ignite inspiration, transformation and breakthrough. And on a practical level it is extremely good exercise for your full body, mind, heart and soul.

The music is a stunning journey of multi-genres including classical, ambient, tribal, deep house, soul, disco and electronic dance music with some sessions bringing live flute, piano, vocals and synths.
